By placing an order or otherwise using shopxtra.store ("ShopXtra", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. If you're ordering on behalf of a minor, you take responsibility for the order.

Products, Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, stock levels and descriptions, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock after you order, we'll contact you before shipping to offer a correction, substitution, or full refund.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue any product at our discretion.

Orders and Payment

Orders are placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Card and wallet payments will be added in future. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once you receive an order confirmation email or SMS. We may cancel an order at any point before delivery if we suspect fraud, error, or an inability to fulfil it, and will notify you if this happens.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details at checkout. Incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery.

Product Use and Claims

Product descriptions, including any certification or quality claims, are provided in good faith based on information from our suppliers and manufacturers. Always check product packaging for ingredients, warnings and usage instructions, and discontinue use and contact us if you experience an adverse reaction.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopXtra isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
