Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via Cash on Delivery (COD). Every order ships within 24 hours of confirmation and typically arrives within 5–7 working days, depending on your city and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders of Rs 3,000 or more (after any discount).
• Rs 200 delivery fee for orders under Rs 3,000 within Karachi.
• Rs 250 delivery fee for orders under Rs 3,000 outside Karachi.

The exact delivery fee for your order is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges added afterward.

Order Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed. You can check your order status any time on our Track Order page using your order ID and the phone number used at checkout.

Delivery Attempts and Delays

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and pay the cash amount. If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will typically attempt redelivery or contact you using the phone number on the order. Delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by weather, courier disruptions, public holidays, or incomplete/incorrect addresses. We'll keep you informed if this happens to your order.
