Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has shipped. Message us on WhatsApp or email shopxtra9@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll confirm the cancellation and update your order status. Since orders ship within 24 hours of confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel.
Cancelling After Dispatch
Once an order has been handed to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled. You can either accept the delivery and pay Cash on Delivery as normal, or refuse the delivery at the door. If you refuse a delivered order, it isn't treated as a return under our Return and Refund Policy, since the product wasn't received or inspected.
Cancellations by ShopXtra
We may cancel an order before dispatch if a product is out of stock, there's a pricing or listing error, we're unable to verify or reach you to confirm delivery details, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we'll notify you and no payment is taken since all orders are Cash on Delivery.
